I had extreme anxiety and i think this caused me to have loose stool for a week. no other symptoms. two weeks later i was asked to do fecal calprotectin, it was very elevated. i had negative qfit. what is this?

Very elevated is not a number. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual results. Wish you good health!
