Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. You do not have cardiac neurosis, it is real. The energy drinks have stimulant effect and it means your heart is sensitive and you may want to lay off energy drinks. People react differently to energy drinks, the heart effect of energy drinks sometimes could be rapid heart beats, irregularity of heart that could be dangerous and even fatal.
