Have NO clue to predict whether you will ever develop POTS, but your anxiety can be handled well by these approaches: cognitive-behavioral therapy, biofeedback, meditation, aerobic exercise, and perhaps acupuncture. Find a therapist, get evaluated, and start the appropriate interventions.
