My son had bilateral column lengthening with osteotomy on both legs&feet 2 yrs ago. about a year later his feet started going numb, then his legs, now even parts of his hands are numb ish. he falls. have been to 4 specialists. any advice or ideas?

You describe progressive peripheral neuropathy. Not feasible to guess the true underlying causation. If not yet done, an EMG/ NCV study, and perhaps a 3-site skin punch biopsy could assist in understanding what is occurring. The falling suggests a neuromuscular condition. Seek out a local medical school and get this evaluated more fully. Best of luck.
