The significance of bacterial colonies from urine culture should be interpreted in the context of the method of urine specimen collection and mixed vs pure (one type) growth of bacteria. Your urine culture result is suggestive of UTI if urine specimen was from a clean catch and pure growth. Mixed type of bacteria of same level of colony count often result from contaminated specimen.
