If you are on CPAP (and it is working) and BP is not at goal then I would first move to the DASH Eating plan as it lowers BP as much in HTN as all first line agents including beta-blockers. Get this book discuss with your team and do chapter 9 EXACTLY (I am shouting) and check BP daily. If you follow exactly and BP not at goal in 2 weeks discusS. ISBN 9780743410076
