A member asked:

I have a stricture in urethral, because of inserting catheter for 5 days. the stricture is not painful but it is annoying, i cannot ejaculate normally, and i have split stream. what is the best option to treat it? do i have to do surgery?

It will depend on the site and size of the stricture. You need to see a Urologist who will do exact diagnosis and proper treatment by looking inside the passageway and treat depending on findings. You will not need open surgery.
