Hard to advise you without information about what symptoms you are having. No matter what symptoms, the chance of colon cancer at your age is almost zero. Elevated calprotectin suggests inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), especially if you have been having otherwise unexplained diarrhea, cramps, or blood in your stools. Ask the doctor!
