I am sorry you have been on two courses of antibiotics. Even in the presence of a bacterial infection, flushing the urinary tract with lots of clear liquids (need not be cranberry juice) can dislodge many problems Meanwhile would consider a urologist. UTI is less common in men.

You need to see a Urologist who will do appropriate exam and tests to find cause and treat it. Antibiotics should only be taken for infection shown in urine C&S. Drink water and avoid alcohol for now
