I assume you've been evaluated& are followed by a cardiologist, electrophysiologist. Are you on antiarrythmic medication? No long QT or Brugada syndrome? What is your HDL& triglyceride levels? There's no current meds for abnormal lipoprotein a abnormalities. Statins raise the level. Flaxseed or omega 3 fish oil may lower it. If there's a family history of coronary disease,statins are worthwhile
