Bright red blood on poop is from near the outlet, from a scratch or fissure. Constipation often triggers this. Blood from higher up in the system is acted on by enzymes or bacteria and changes color to dark maroon or black. Colon cancer would have darker color blood. A good wetting agent like MiraLAX can counter the effect of the suboxone.

For constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
