I haven't breastfed for 16 months & i noticed a little white/clear discharge from my right nipple, nothing from left - but i squeezed my left nipple now it has a red lump. could i have damaged my left nipple and is the discharge from right nipple ok?

Do not milk or stimulate your nipples, only observe the discharge by looking at your bras or clothes until the next period. If discharge is still present in the next cycle you should see your doctor by then.
