Dobro cystic changes: The most common reason for a crusty nipple discharge, especially at your are, is fibrocystic changes. Caffeine can make it worse. If you have a lot of breast pain, especially before your period, it would support the diagnosis. It is an inflammatory condition, and anti inflammatory mess like ibuprophen and vitamin E can help
