Can i use an infrared sauna or hot tub while on the medication eliquis for a blood clot? my clot was formed due to a 20 hour flight while on apri?

The risk of developing a clot rises with the number of risk factors. So a long plane ride, dehydration, smoking, birth control pills, antiphospholipid antibodies, surgery, immobilization can all stack up to a likely risk of a clot. Infrared sauna or hot tub could contribute to dehydration but are otherwise not inherently dangerous. I would suggest you ask your hematologist.
