I have been having flank/left side pain for 5 days. is not constant and only hurts with movement and goes away when i rest. is it likely kidney? i dont have any symptoms per se of a uti either. no pain, cloudiness, etc?

From this description more likely a back problem. Use local heat, Ibuprofen- if not better see your doc. Hope you do well
