Possible: It is possible that there may be a stone. I am sorry not to be able to give you a yes or no answer because it would be guessing. The only way to find out is by imaging(radiography). See a doctor,who, with your history of stones,will probably order X-rays.I hope you get well soon.

Possibly: Given your history, it certainly could be related to a kidney issue ( infection, kidney stone). I'd contact your physician.
