Not likely: The symptoms you are describing are not classic for kidney stones. You could have a smoldering infection, stone, or this pain could be unrelated to your urinary tract. See your general practitioner to decide if a ct is necessary to look for stones.

Possible: Kidney stone is possible .A very no-invasive test like ultrasound would be a good first step.Musculoskeletal pain i also possible. You need a history and physical exam then the doctor will go from there. Best of luck.
