I've had meatotomy to be able to do cystoscopy, then i installed a catheter, now after catheter removal, urinte has 2 streams, and when i ejaculate it feels abnormal, little bit painful, with a little pain in testicles,could it be urethral stricture?

Not unless your Urologist found one when doing cystoscopy, He should have explained his findings to you. More possible from healing of the meatotomy site which might need follow up visit or dilatation. Pl see your Urologist and ask questions. Good luck.

I've had a meatotomy surgery, after 1 day I couldn't pass urinte, so I installed a catheter to help urinate, but when I get an erection my penis hurts so bad, And now 2 days after removal the pain didn't stop when erection happens, why is that?
I have a stricture in urethral, Because of inserting catheter for 5 days. The stricture is not painful but it is annoying, I cannot ejaculate normally, And I have split stream. What is the best option to treat it? Do I have to do surgery?
What other tests can be done for urethra/penis pain? Neg urine analysis, semen culture, and cystoscopy last year, as well as neg prostate/bladder son.
