Im 18 with fordyce spots, they are mostly not noticeable but some are 3mm+, some have pus inside. however they dont cause any harm, whats the best way of dealing with this as i do not like the way they look?

They can be treated by CO2 laser, photodynamic Rx and topical applications. If on genitalia see your Urologist. otherwise a Dermatologist
