As in the reply to your previous question, your description is typical for lymphangiosclerosis of the penis, also called sclerosing lymphangitis. There is no treatment, but it clears up on its own, usually over a few weeks. The frequency of STDs is elevated in men with this problem, but only if at risk: if so, get tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia. See a urologist to confirm the diagnosis.

No pictures in this forum. It sounds like a thrombosed superficial vein. This usually resolves in several months. Self diagnosis is dangerous. Best to see a Urologist
