Probably you have a condition called sclerosing lymphangitis. (Look it up online. The Wikipedia article is pretty good.) Usually it is harmless and clears up on its own, but some cases are associated with STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). See a doctor, ideally a urologist. Good luck.

it is a thrombosed vein which has developed scar tissue and will take many weeks to heal. It is not an STD
