I had fever/chills and stomach pain. i went to pee and there was a lot of blood in it. got up a few hours later and pee was normal. i do have t2 diabetes and at time my wee is frothy. should i be concerned or see a dr about the blood in my wee?

The blood in the urine, if it was bright red, & associated fever,chills,abdominal distress is consistent with a hemorrhagic cystitis that will require a urine culture&,while it's cooking, being started on antibiotics which may or may not be changed depending upon culture results. Frothy urine is a sign of protein in the urine which can be due to diabetic glomerular disease. See a nephrologist
