I have been having pain where my spleen is for awhile; with nausea, headaches, left side of body tingles, and extreme fatigue with sore muscles. today i had cold sweats, chills, lightheadedness followed by severe left side body tremors for over 2 hrs?

Some of the symptoms mentioned are suggesting mononucleosis, while others are non-specific. Definitely worth checking in with your doc. Try to keep up with hydration, check temperature also.
