I had a ct in june & november 2021 where it showed a stable 13mm retroperitoneal lymph node. no other enlarged nodes. i am worried &freaking out. is this size normal? common? my doctor isnt concerned?

You can watch and wait. If you get fever, lose weight, nodes in the neck, axilla, or groin get enlarged, see a doctor. Wish you good health!

What is a normal size for a retroperitoneal lymph node? I had 2 CT scan and have a stable single 13mm one and am freaking out. I hear anything above 1cm is bad and abnormal?
What is my next step-CT shows misty mesentery with a couple of mildly enlarged retroperitoneal lymph nodes and increase in number of nonenlarged node?
Ct and/pelvis contrast for lymphadenopathy. multiple non enlarged retroperitoneal lymph nodes visualized. Do you always see these nodes on ct? Normal?
