Hey, ive got feelable submandibular, submental and submandibular lymph nodes. ive had them for 3 years and my doctor said these are feelable due to my normal atomny. but i thought lymph nodes where only feelable when enlarged?

If I look for them there on almost any patient at any age I can find them. You have a misconception about nodes.
