About a month ago i got a friction burn that eventually scabbed then scarred. its very small maybe like half an inch scar. i was able to have full erections after but recently ive noticed my erections have softened. is this from the scar?

No. friction burn is on the skin which does not take part in erections- which occurs when the cylinders enclosed by it are engorged. You dont need any treatment and things will normalize soon.
