Who did out for this to be multiple sclerosis. It really sounds so this could be anxiety/stress related, but should your symptoms persist or worsen you probably should because of your primary care physician. Stay healthy. Good luck!

Although cannot be 100%, based on your post, seriously doubt you have Multiple Sclerosis. However, you appear to have chronic emotional problems which need to be tackled. Urge you to engage in cognitive-behavioral therapy, plus biofeedback; and on your own, commence meditation and regular aerobic exercise. You will gain control over your anxieties and panic attacks.
