Huntington's disease: No treatment can alter the course, but medications lessen symptoms. Some are Tetrabenazine for chorea movements, Risperdal or Seroquel, Amantadine, Keppra, (levetiracetam) Klonopin, SSRIs & Mood stabilizers. Also, Psychotherapy, Speech therapy, Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Nutrition, and Support services for activities of daily living.
