Not how it works. There might be arrhythmia like changes on your test that the physician interpreting would not know to assign to cannabis use. In case your test is abnormal let your doc know about marijuana use so that the treatment decisions will account for use of marijuana.

Holter monitor would not detect Marijuana use, however, Marijuana is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain and damage your lungs among other injury. MJ users are called stoners for good reason. Quit using it while you are ahead. Wish you good health!
