Discomfort on side of scrotum that is in regular contact with thigh. noticed some blood on scrotum/thigh and found a small "zit" near a fordyce spot that was the culprit. squeezed it and a poppy seed sized, blood colored nodule popped out. thoughts?

could be one of several thing but mostly a calcified sebaceous cyst. Nothing serious.
