See a doctor...: It could be joint inflammation, bursitis, achilles tendonitis, neuritis, a cracked talar posterior process, any of a number of other tendon issues, etc.

Ankle pain: If its directly behind the ankle you may have an os trigonum. X-ray at minimum and MRI would be a good start. Could be a number of other things so get it checked.
