: There are many potential problems here, including GERD, IBS, and gastroparesis, among others. Initially, to begin to sort this out I would start with OTC antacids such as Mylanta or Tums, but if her problem persists, I would take her to see her regular doctor or a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
