Safest: Depends on comorbidities if you have liver problems tylenol (acetaminophen) is out. If you have heart or stomach issues - Ibuprofen is out. If you have seizures - tramadol is out. If the answer to all the above is negative them go with the one which treats the pain with the lowest dose.
