I have had a really bad headache for a few days. ive tried heat no change, ice makes it worse. i just tried to massage it and noticed the crown is squishy. feels like fluid underneath. should i be worried? i do also have a stiff spot in my neck?

It is not usual to have a headache for a few days ( unless you have a history of severe migraines but then you would be on medication) Could be headache from muscle sprain or mild meningitis or even bleeding head or mass or increased intracranial pressure. Need imagining . F/u/w/ MD today or ER.
