Have there been any long term side effects that have come to light yet with the pfizer covid vaccine? i had the first 2 and im worried about it?

The long-term effects of this or any other vaccine can only be determined when it is available and studied over the long term. To date, the problems encountered in various age groups involving various body systems seem to all be evident within the first month or two of administration.
