My son is 22 and got the first 2 doses of the covid moderna vaccine.he got a third shot that was supposed to be a booster but they gave him and third shot that is a full dose. now i am panicked that was unsafe and can he expect worse side effects?

Full dose is fine for covid booster. It isn't unsafe. The lower dose is recommended only because a larger dose isn't needed; it's not an issue of safety or side effects.
