My man had a exposure to hiv 5 mnth ago he already tested negative 4th gen after 8 weeks and a 3rd gen rapid at 4 mnt neg i been with him since day 1 exposure ,today i test 4 gen at hospital neg, i dont have sym, but he does some, we need more test?

Those results prove he doesn't have HIV. No matter what symptoms he has, something other than HIV is the cause.

He needs now to see a doc for a thorough medical history and exam and in trying to expand consideration for diagnoses other than HIV. That is the only way he will have his condition addressed properly.
