I'm 18 why does my one eye feels dry and disturb but it's look fine but i feel something from 2 months and i can't focus everyday heating and using eye drops n not getting fine?

If I understand you correctly, one of your eyes feels dry and, perhaps irritated, for two months despite treatment with warm compresses and eye drops. It’s time to see an ophthalmologist and have that eye examined. Some primary care doctors are also able to do a good eye exam, but an ophthalmologist would likely have better equipment and give a more thorough exam. Go to ER if suddenly worse.
