Yes + Dry Eye: Yes the stress and associated catecholamines produced by your body can have an effect on the pupils causing them to dilate which can make a near sighted person more nearsighted at night, this making focusing more difficult. Try to do something each day to relieve stress. Reading, walking or exercising will help. A massage or talking it out may also help. See an eye specialist if problems.
