One uncommon (0.1-1%) side effect of Elavil is hypertension. However, it is probably not in your case because your diastolic pressure is not higher and the change from 106 to 127 can be a variation. You can continue monitoring you blood pressure. If both numbers keep going up and when systolic and diastolic pressures go above 130 and 80 respectively then elavil's side effect can be the culprit.
