My 3yr old has been complaining about his right eye burning,the light hurts his eye, etc. he'll be fine then out of the blue he starts crying saying it's burning. there's no crusting , no redness, it just happens several times a day. what's wrong?

Could be from corneal abrasion. Have him examined at ER or at urgent care for timely diagnosis and treatment.

Rinsing the eye with saline may help to remove a foreign body or substance. An eye exam is recommended. Watch for signs of redness and discharge. Note any change in vision. Please follow up with your Pediatrician.
