Check exposure to: allergen, dust, perfume, anti-static sheets, something your rubbed from your fingers onto eye that's causing blepharitis-like condition from excess tearing. You may now have dry eye as a result and need lubricating drops! Do not use any with preservatives as those could irritate your eyes further. Don't use eye decongestants, as this will make your eyes feel/look worst. See an eye doctor for exam!
