Unclear. But,: In the american system your 141 is about 1.8 mg/ dl. It means your kidney function is about 50%. Renal artery stenosis 70% on one side only is not enough to cause creat of 141 (1.8). Crucial to check urinalysis. Rule out added kidney condition like thes cause by long term diabetes or hypertension or any other or congenital condition. Your doc will help with this. May need biopsy or nuclear scan.
