Should i worry about shotty nodes increasing in number but not growing? biggest about 1cm the rest just under, all firm, both armpits/ clavical/ 5 in left posterior triangle neck (all tiny), now 1 in groin? scan 6 mths ago looked benign?

You can watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
