My sister who is 11 years old had a severe abdominal pain at both right and left sides also at her hub and she was examined for blood and stool parasites and the result showed there is infection in her blood what will be its medical indication doctor?

I do not understand hub. I do not know where you live but infection IN blood may be malaria, or other mosquito borne infections of the blood. Or was it that the blood was showing signs of infection someplace that is the white blood cell count high. You cannot give us too much information. Do not hold back. The more we know the more we can help.

Infection indicated in a blood test probably is coming from whatever is causing her abdominal pain. I think she should be examined by a surgeon. Stool parasites seldom cause severe abdominal pain. I hope she feels better
