First urination of the day burns, urinalysis negative for nitrate, leukocytes, bacteria, & no flags for white blood cells. doctor said no apparent sign of infection, maybe just a sensation. chlamydia treatment done 2 months ago, any reason for burn?

It could be due to concentrated urine. If infection is present, symptom should persist throughout the day. You should hydrate well today (about 2.5 liters if you have an average body mass) until 2 hours before bedtime and see if symptom occurs next day.
