Wbc seems ok at 6.3. neutrophils at 2.5 and lymphocytes at 3.3 also normal but the % are out of range at 39% and 52% respectively. is that a concern?

elevated lymphs: This can be seen following a viral infection. As long as none of the cells appears atypical i wouldn't worry about it.
