Peripheral neuropathy is a well known possible side effect of monoclonal antibody treatment. SNF may be a variant of this. Rather than pain your symptom is described as burning sensation but I think it's related. Treatment of SNF is problematic. I think A neurologist and/or pain management specialist would be the best ones to treat and follow you.

The full extent of adverse effects of this new COVID-19 drug is unclear but pruritis can occur and the burning could be a dermatitis like reaction. Far too fast for a peripheral neuropathy and start with dermatologist. Skin punch biopsy may be needed to prove SFN
