Yes, no problem. Azithromycin (Z-pak) and alcohol (in moderation) are OK together. You could have had "a drink of two" from the beginning of your treatment. The only issue is that both alcohol and azithromycin can cause stomach upset, and the two together might cause discomfort. Even that can be avoided by taking the drug with food.
