Have her evaluated. Especially if her breathing rate is more than 50/minute or this interferes with her feeds. RSV and Parainfluenza virus, which could be the cause, can cause significant hospital level lung problems to infants.

If she has had recurrent wheezing, steroids and Albuterol are often effective. Bronchiolitis is caused by a number of viruses, but RSV is quite common. Nasal saline spray is effective in reducing congestion and post nasal drip. Please follow up with your Pediatrician. Watch for signs of difficulty breathing.
